There's no direct translation for the word "cute" so literally, the translation is "ang cute mo at mahal ko ang iyong ngiti". "Cute" is widely used by Filipinos so there's no problem here. But saying "mahal ko ang iyong ngiti" (lit. I love your smile) feels wrong because Filipinos don't normally say "mahal" (love) to a body part. In this case, the more appropriate translation would be "ang ganda mo at gusto ko ang iyong ngiti". This in turn means "you're so beautiful and I like your smile".

There is no Tagalog word for cute, so: ang cute mo at gusto ko ang ngiti ( pronounced as ngee-tee) mo.

Ang ganda mo at ang ngito mo ay nakakabighani. (for a girl)
Ang guwapo mo at pamatay ang ngiti mo. (for a guy)
-This is not a direct translation but this sounds more correct than the first one....although somebody might suggest an even better translation:)
