Basically where I work im under intense pressure, and to save time I dont bother washing my hands after Ive been to the toilet. I figure if any bacteria were on my hands they would be killed by the heat the food is cooked under anyway.

Could I get in trouble for this?

you make a good point with the heat.. but you're a man.. you need to touch certain things when in the bathroom.. so the respectful thing to do would be to wash your hands.. even if you skip the soap, at least throw some water on them for crying out loud! :O)
