Go to the website colormebeautiful.com. They have the best eyeshadows and georgeous colors. Also Sephora.com. For blue eyes, stay away from the blues and grays in eyeshadows. Never match your eyecolor. Go with plum, bronze, golden brown, and use a highlighter on the top of eyelid. For makeup tricks, go to ivillage.com. Best of Luck

I have blue eyes also and usually use shades of brown. Once I used lavender, and it looked really good, but I also had on a lavender dress. The closer to your skin color the eyeshadow is, the more shimmery it should be. For everyday wear, I use a nude that has sparkle that makes my eyes seem to glow and attracts attention. I also use brown eye liner, not black. I think it looks more natural. Like your eye lashes are naturally really thick, black just looks like obvious black eye-liner.

i also have blue eyes and normally browns, like eyeshadow, work really well to bring out the blue in my eyes. If you want more color, also try purples but stay away from blue because it makes your eyes look duller.

browns-especially ones with orange undertones like copper or bronze.
do not listen to that old advise about blue shadow for blue eyes and green for green eyes etc. because all that happens is that your natural blue color fades away next to the bright blue of the shadow instead of standing out. on the color spectrum orange is on the opposite side of blue and that’s why its so flattering.
good luck!
