uh. this is really weird.
for about ten minutes now i've had this odd sensation that i'm lapsing in and out of consciousness.
this has happened a bunch of times before, but it hasn't in a while, and now that it's happening again, i really just want to know what it is.
it's not painful at all, it's kind of nice. it's like when you stand up too quick, even though i'm not moving at all, and it comes and goes every few seconds. slightly blurred vision, confusion, a little bit weak, but that's it.
i'm sixteen and healthy, i slept a good lot last night, i even ate food this morning, i'm not in any pain at all- just really confused.
what could this be???

ps - don't tell me to go to a doctor!! thanks.

I know you don't want to hear this, but you need to see a doctor if it continues. Sometimes your body just does weird things, and it goes away on its own. However, you always want to go to the doctor if you have any prolonged symptoms.

However, can I ask if you've had a cold recently? Even as far back as one or two months ago? I recent had fluid build-up in my ears, and for about a week, I was feeling like I was rocking on a boat, and it was making me nauseous and light-headed. Fluid build-up in your ears will make you feel out of it in many different ways. It's also a sign of a sinus infection. When they told me what was wrong, they asked if I had a cold, and I did about a month before that. They said that if you don't treat it with anti-biotics, it will come back after time. Funny how things work, right?

But yeah, if you go through the weekend with these symtoms, see your doctor.

That sensation is your bodies way of telling you that something odd is happening inside you. It could be caused by fatigue or missing certain nutrients in your diet. I had the same problem until I revamped my nutrition and got my hormones under control. Does it happen around your menstruel cycle? The biggest thing that sticks out to me is that you could be anemic ( spelling might be wrong) That means that your blood levels aren't where they should be....try eating more protein in your diet. Also, you might try a nutritional supplement like protein shakes or bars. They have a lot of nutrients in them that you might be lacking. I know you don't want to be told to go to the doctor, but honestly, thats the only way to know for sure whats going on with you.

Maybe you have orthostatic hypotension, or in laymans terms a low blood pressure. Sometimes getting up too quickly when you BP is on the lower side could make you slightly woozy. Try going to a pharmacy where they have those BP cuffs. If your BP is less than 90/60 that is probably what you have. If that is the case make sure you are drinking plenty of liquids and make sure that you add a little extra salt to your diet

you are openning your third eye...it is quite profound ..nows the time to focus your energy centers on your pineal gland...your body is adjusting to the blood flow and trying to compensate for needing extra blood because your new brain size obviously needs more blood to keep you fullfilled(so to speak).then come the chakras and the shaking ...dont worry it just a rebalancing thing you may have to adjust to next...you'r like me...dont think your goin crazy....REMEMBER the drugs opened it and the drugs will permanently close it..dont fry it whatever you do..wait get clean and this will make you so powerfull towards everything you do that drug use after 3 months or so will be a joke and you will be the master of your own sensations...freebees are a real thing..and ten times more intense...Meth openned mine...YA.and i know!

Similar things were happening to my friend. Didn't happen often and then it suddenly was all the time. She ended up having a brain tumor. I am not telling you to see a doctor. It really doesn't matter to me. I don't know you, but it probably wouldn't hurt. You are young and healthy. Stay that way.
