Everytime I call them they say they have to have my card number to verify but then apparently they use it to create a whole new one. This has been going on for 2 months.

I don't use them and never have, but if they are charging your account each time they create a new one, then you should contact your credit card company to have those stopped, then I would contact them again and speak to someone in charge. The best thing you can do is document your request. Always put things in writing to back up your request. Phone calls don't mean anything these days. Make sure you put everyone phone call you've made, everyone person you spoke to and every request you made in the letter and have them stop immediately. Documentation is always the way to go.

yes they are all stupid because they hire crackheads and train them in only a few hours. So the people your trying to get help from really dont know what they are doing. One of the service personal told me that when he couldnt figure out why I didnt have service.

call and ask to speak to who is in charge of the department that sends the welcome packs. not sure if thats what it would be called, but you might ask to speak with a manager. my advice, don't let them hear the end of it until they offer you something!
