Yes she died of typhus while in Auschwitz concentration camp.

Her father, Otto Frank, received a letter telling him that Anne and her sister Margot had died of typhus. He then told his friend Miep Dies that Anne & Margot wouldn't be coming back. (I have just read Miep's book on this.)

It was probably typhoid fever from being in the camps.
