Well, this aint fair, but I have noticed, the more you pay the better you get.

Try paying a little more from now on and see if that makes the difference

First, drinking water is good for your skin but it won't moisturize it, so don't listen to the others. Second, paying more won't give you more, as the first answer suggested. I know- I've been using incredibly expensive posh products and now I am using cheap raw products and my skin is the best it's been in years.

Skin: Do you know what is Castille/Castile soap? In case you don't, it is a 2000-year old soap consisting of usually pure-grade saponified olive oil and water, nothing more. And it does clean great, not bad for a soap with oil and water. You get this over the internet or in a really good health store. It should be white, but Greek olive oil soap is green. Make sure it only contains the above. This won't dry your skin like many other cleansers. Or you can clean with Almond oil, rub in and then remove with a tissue. Don't use toner. Use an oil to moisturize: I use rosehip oil which is a dark orange and it's great for dry skin. It's more expensive than other oils but it's the best skin oil there is. Make sure it's organic and the real thing, again see a health store. I won't use any masks at this stage. Ensure that you consume Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, like Evening Primrose and Flaxseed oil everyday. Vit E oil can also be drunk and be rubbed on the face where there still are dryness.

Hair: you can use Castille soap on your hair too. Grate 100g Castile soap and melt in 1 litre of spring water, this is a basic shampoo. You use 225ml soap shampoo and add 2 teaspoons of jojoba oil and you have a moisturising shampoo. Take some conditioner and mix into it jojoba oil (rosehip oil is good too) and heat it up, cover your hair completely with it, put on a shower cap, hot towel, and sleep with it. The next morning you wash it of, and rinse with 1 litre water with 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. Do this regularly and you will soon see results. Don't use styling aids like gel, they will dry you out. Protect hair from the sun by wearing a bandanna. Brush your hair daily to distribute your own hair oils.

Everything I use is chemical-free, natural, raw and doesn't cost the earth. In the long-term this is the best way. Good luck!

Sometimes we all tend to think that we are doing all the things we need to achieve what and how we like our skin, hair and in general our appearance should be. In the majority of cases, we might not have worked it all out.
Could it be that you may have overlook something? Could it be hormonal? What about your food intake? Do you sleep well? Are you stressed? All these play a great part in what you or any of us aim to achieve.
Start a review of all the above and you might find the reason why.
If you feel that you are already doing your best, perhaps, you need to look at alternative ways and/or remedies.
I don't need to tell you that there are endless products out there that are supposed to be good and effective but that's just marketing. They do not help us, the consumers, but confuse us all the more.
So, after all that, for the hair, try treating your hair with a good dollop of mayonnaise. Leave it for 1 hr then shampoo and rinse as usual. Your hair will appreciate it.
For all over skin, I only trust Vitamin E oil.
I hope I have been of some help.

a weekly moisterising treatment on your hair put on and wrap some glad wrap around your hair with a towel around that you can leave it on for half an hour if your hair is still fairly dry after rinsing you can add hair conditioner also.
as for your face you can get a good moisteriser from the supermarket or a good one if you can afford it from big stores or chemist
