Your pains sound abnormal. Cramps and PMS and etc.. don't normally make people faint and have cramps that bad. If I were you, I would go see the gyno or your normal doctor immediately. If anything is wrong it is better to catch it at the beginning if possible. I think if you do see the doctor (which you should) they will probably perscribe a medication for you that will help releave the cramps and fainting. But remember, don't leave out any details when talking to them.
Hope you feel better!

There are a ton of things you can do about period pain but your first stop should be your doctor (if they're not usually this painful then go as soon as you can ie in the morning or whatever) who can give you painkillers specifically for period pain, put you on the pill, give you regular painkillers, refer you to a gynaecologist if he/she thinks it's necessary. A warm bath can help, as can a hot water bottle, and ginger is good for cramps. If you go to a healthfood shop there are loads of supplements designed for women and these can make a really big difference to the amount and severity of pain. Walking around helps too- I know it's tempting to curl up but if you think about it you're restricting the space your uterus has, and it's cramping because it's contracting to get the blood etc out, so if it's squashed up it will need to contract harder to do that.

You should go to your doctor and explain the problem. Several people I know have had the same problem, and they were put on birth control to level out their hormones. It really helped! You have to go to the doctor though so they can help you. Good Luck

Go take a hot bath and then curl up in fetal position. Drink hot tea (with no caffiene) and pop a motrin or any ibuprofin.
See gyno.
