If you got a call regarding a job resume that you had sent to a company, and called back within the hour to only get a voicemail and leaving a message that you returned the call, how soon or how long would you wait to call the number again?

following day, but dont leave a 2nd message... just keep calling until you get someone.

I think of increasing segments of the day. If your first call was in the morning, make your second call that afternoon. If your first call was in the afternoon, call again the next morning. After the second call, wait another day to call again. If, after three calls, you don't hear anything, either visit the company if you are local or try another number. You could call the general number and try to get the person who called.

if it was me wait for a week then call give them sometime to look at all there otions for future employers so wait then call after a week and see whats going on

call again tomorrow. i used to recruit and was always busy interviewing or recruiting so it was hard to reply back asap. but i would get back to people at least in a day. but that was me...
