This will probably become an issue that will be debated on for years to come. I don't watch TV and never saw her, but she's now a household name due to the recent issues, including her son's death.
Here is the reason I think she was murdered
Her late husband left a big fortune
Her late husband's son died under suspicious circumstances.
That leaves the widow who has a son and is pregnant
Now the baby is born out of the country
The son dies under mysterious circumstances and Anna Nicole's mother believed that her son was drugged to death and it was done by someone in the room. While this could be a loving grandmother who refused to believe her grandson could be on drugs, it did raise suspicions back then.
Before this issue is totally resolved, Anna Nicole Smith also dies under mysterious circumstances.
Have we been reading too many murder mysteries, or was a murder really committed? Kind of makes you want to go to the last page of the book doesn't it to find out whodunnit.

No.. she died of a broken heart because of her son. If she would have been murdered I doubt it would have happened in Florida. Daniel died in the Bahamas.
I loved Anna Nicole.. she was an awesome person and I hope she will rest in peace now beside her son. And Howard is a great person.. he has always been there for her and her family. He was just doing everything she wanted, so if he looks guilty in anyway it is for not standing up to her. Leave him alone would ya!

You know they were and the only one getting any money is Howard. He lied under oath saying he wasn't getting any money from the death of Anna, but why is he getting paid for selling the rights of the FUNERAL! The guy just needs to jump off a bridge now, the world knows he did it and why is he getting away from it. It's a sad state this world has come too that the mother of the deceased couldn't bring her home. The only reason Anna was in the Bahamas was due to Howard! He is such a moron! All money should go to daughter of Anna without Howard or anyone getting a penny of it. What's he going to do next murder the baby? I am BOYCOTTING the Bahama's until both bodies of Daniel and Anna are returned to the USA!

I don't know but both deaths are surrounded by mysterious happenings and you know who was around for both.It just seems to convenient turn over the care of a child that is unable to protect herself to so many unanswered questions.
Lets not forget the mother Vergie Arthur who has not seen her granddaughter except for 30 minutes and thinks she is the best choice there.
There are holes you could drive a Mack truck through and any ones case. But it could be like any other celebrity death we will never know and the truth will never come out (look at OJ)

Anna Nicole Smith was a druggie, which, in itself, is enough to cause depression.
Then she had a baby, which possibly resulted in post-partum depression.
A few days after the birth of her child, Danielynn, her son died.
Triple whammy resulting in depression.
Five months later, she died.
No, I don't think she was murdered. As Howard K. Stern said, she died of a broken heart. I think she missed her son, Daniel, who she had known for half her life.
Drugs were probably involved in her death. I think she probably OD'ed and killed herself.

I don't think that they will ever be able to prove it but I do think Mr. Stern Is resposible for giving drugs to Anna & her son. In that respect he could be considered a murderer. But no one is even looking in that direction so he will walk away from this scott free & with some or all of her money to boot. What a shame!,

absolutely..I think Stern kept them both druggies so once he married anna he would get the money and then he could kill them both off and get everything...I think he was aiming for that 400 million from the old husband before him but the funny thing is...she was never awarded that money. This way..once he did get the money in time..he could do away with both of them and then blame it on the drugs....don't forget ...the man is a lawyer...and knows how to hide or how to murder properly to get away with it. All the meds in anna nicoles house was in Sterns name Only.

Who really cares about her, except those who had sucked up her money, or trying now to cash in on her Estate, or those old and withering men, like Larry King, who probably get their sexual kicks out of keeping her voluptious physical image alive. Boy, to the everyday Americans and the world's citizens, Smith is nothing more than a dydunctional nicompoop who happened to find find a way to cash in from those dirty old men by using her boobs and physical shape. She's far from being a good icon for inspiring the youths of America even though she's the sort that many fake and artificial blondes would love to imitate to cash in on or attract giddy headed, rich old men!

That thought has crossed my mind too. Glad i'm not the only one who's thought that. But now the question is how do they get the Authorities to see that it was a murder and not a suicide.This is what I've been suspecting all along too.

I'm pretty sure that Howard K. Stern drugged them both up. He really wants Anna's money and he thought if it was just him and the baby he could get it! He kept her drugged up all these years so people would just think she ODed her self probably
