It has been hurting for over a week, It feels achey in my shoulder like I've pulled something,
Tonight I can feel a burning sensation in my wrist,
I'm starting to get slightly concerned,
I am struggling to sleep and drive as it's hurting so much.

Pain traveling to the wrist may be a sign of injury to the neck as well as the shoulder, or that nerves in the shoulder area were injured.
Have this checked by a physical therapist.
Go to APTA.org, click on "Find a PT", and search your home area.

Good luck.

You could have Tendenitis which is an inflammation of the tendons in your muscles from overuse..You should probably go to a doctor, particularly if the pain is so severe that it is interfering with your life.. You will want to try RICE

R--Rest
I--Ice
C--Compression
E--Elevation

Also you can try taking Tylenol or Advil for the inflammation and pain. You'll also need some sort of therapy regimen to help restore use of the arm, and proper healing...All the more reason to see a doctor...

Good Luck
