By the term minge, I'm assuming you mean her vagina.
There is a particular infection called Bacterial vaginosis. It causes a very distinctive fish aroma.
You need to tell your girlfriend. I hope you use more tact than you did posing your question. She will need to see her doctor, and will probably be prescribed antibiotics to clear the infection. She needs to have this dealt with, it can cause problems in the long term if not treated.

If you're not gonna have a Fish Fry then you and gf need to scoot to the doctor's office - you gotta go too cause it sounds like you've been dipping your fishing pole in the water - and get a check up. If you get a clean bill of health, hopefully you both will, then chalk it up to her natural fragrance, something you'll have to get used to or you'll have to try another fishing hole that smells the way you like...
