I hope that's not all of them, no closers. Timlin is pretty much useless unless you get points for Holds. Josh Johnson is injured and may struggle, he is worth keeping but he may not be great this year. Hensley may surprise some people this year. SD did a good job of limiting his innings last year and he finished strong. He could be a good K producer this year and WHIP if he can cut down on his walks. But he is still a risk and not a definite tier one starter and could end up hurting your rotation.
Dave Bush will get you some K's, but that comes with a price. He would almost rather give up a HR than a BB, he can give up runs in bulk. He almost reminds me of Jeff Weaver, 6 inning no hitters but unfortunately he pitched 7 innings and gave 6 runs in that one inning. I would trim the fat, get rid of Bush and Timlin and use those spots for other needs.
Your top 4 are good enough to allow you some depth at other positions so don't let another need kill you while you hold on to these guys. They can't help you as much as an extra 20 HR guy or some extra saves from closer potentials like Zumaya, Broxton, Gonzalez, Otsuka or Rafael Soriano.

You have 3 very good starters, possibly your leagues best
You are good in wins/strikes/whip/ERA w/ your big 3
Bush is a solid #4 starter
Hensley is a good starter at home in a pitcher friendly park
Josh Johnson is still hurt, and will not pitch for some time
You do need saves
Papelbon is supposed to be a starter
Timlin is behind Piniero on the closing depth chart
Fuentes is pretty good, but I would be wary of that thin air

You are deep enough at starter
look for a closers - watch the waiver wire and pick the replacements for closers that are hurt of lost their jobs

You have two absolute studs at SP in Carpenter and Oswalt. Schmidt is a bit overrated I think, but will still have about a 4 ERA and a 1.25 WHIP with about 13-15 wins. The one thing that you need is another solid Closer. Brian Fuentes can't anchor a team in saves. Dave Bush is under rated and should have a breakout season. Paplebon could have a good season, but I doubt it. I agree with the other people dump Hensley and pick up a guy that could become a closer like Scott Sheilds, Rafael Soriano, or Joel Pinero. Overall I give your pitching a 8.5.

The starters are great with the exception of the injured J. Johnson. However, with Fuentes as your only closer (with a possible Papelbon if he doesn't make it as a starter), you lack any ability to take saves.

You'll take Wins and Ks almost every week.
ERA and Whip, should be yours most of the time.
Saves you'll lose almost every week.

Once the closer shake out starts, consider dropping Hensley and Timlin for potential closers. Check the FA pool for Torres (Pit) Stanton (Cin), and Tankersley (Fla) as they MAY still be available in some leagues now.

Overall, a great pitching staff. Whats up with the two Josh Johnson's? If I were you, I would drop Mike Timlin, he won't do a lot in Boston because they have so many relievers already and this will be his last season.

just seeing the pitching, i would rate it 4/5

you have two great starters, and along with schmidt, hensely and bush you have a respectable rest of the rotation. your relief core is not so great. fuentes is a solid 30+ saves, but you will need to scour the waver wires for some more saves. [Torres (Pit) Stanton (Cin), and Tankersley (Fla)]

i hope you drafted a balanced offense, because it seems like you wasted two very high picks on your SP. i guess it depends on the type of league you are in, but it may not have been a wise thing to do.
