Okay, I know the Gameboy Advance says you can play Gameboy Color games on it, but when I was looking up some of the Gameboy Color games the cartdridge looks small.
How do they fit into the Gameboy Advance?
Sorry if this is a dumb question, im used to my DS and just bought the Advance for my daughter. I would like to buy some older cutesie games for her, but want to make sure they can work before I do!

Thanks for the answers, and I just thought I would clarify, I don't want to put the gameboy color games in my DS, lol, the gameboy advance was to keep my dd away from my DS LOL!
So are the gameboy color cartdridges rectangular like the advanced games, the one that I saw and wanted to get for her looks more square, that's why I wondered how it would work in the advance?

They work just fine. It looks to small, because of the lip at the top of a gameboy advance cartiridge.

elleron2000 is right they play just fine. You can also play
movies in the Gameboy Advance. I have three boys so I know all about Gameboy Advance, Playstation, etc.

I have a gameboy advance and gameboy color games work perfectly fine on it.

i think its just the way how they made it, but it fits in the gameboy advance. just look at the box and it will tell you if it is really for the gameboy advance.

the only problem is gamebody advaced games work with the ds and anything of gameboy color and below work with the advaced so thus color games dont work with ds they dont fit and if used force you may damage it (know from experience)
