One girls says it is absolutely wrong to wear open toed shoes during the winter months. Also, capris. Even when the weather is warm outside, we should wait until the first day of spring. What do you think?

To a certain degree. I mean, if the shoes are like FLIPFLOPS or something, then you should definitely NOT wear them in the winter. But some classy heels with open toes would look gorgeous in any weather, & who cares if your toes are a bit chilly while walking from your car into the office?
As far as capris, it depends what kind they are. If they are not to short, & if they are (here's the word again...) "classy", then I don't think there's a problem with it.
However, I would prefer jeans & tennies, but hey I still go to school..haha...

Open toed shoes - probably not, unless you're in a warm climate. No one wants to see freezing purple toes.
Capris or cropped pants are really cute in the winter IF they're worn with tall boots so skin doesn't show. Otherwise, no.

Just wear what you feel like. If it's warm enough for you then wear open toe shoues and capris in the winter. There is no rule that says "no open toe shoe and capris during winter!" If there were a rule that says that..I've broke it many times....

what people wear should be their choice...it's all about how you feel...i always wear skirts at school...i mean i don't go outside and the building is usually warm and it drives me crazy when people are like aren't your legs cold? or you're crazy for wearing a skirt? things like that i mean i want to wear it it's not hurting them it's comfortable for me and i know i wouldn't want to be told what i could wear and when. you're not outside so it's all about comfort and preference
also it depends...if the capris are classy and elegant or sweatpant material and if the sandals are just open toe or plastice flip flops clothes need to look profesional at work and some clothes are inappropriate in the work place no matter what the season

wear what you are comfortable in... I used to wear flips flops and capri's year round... if you want to then go for it
besides who is she to say what other people want to wear, there is no fashion police

It is never wrong to wear anything as long as you don't freeze to death...LOL. People also don't wear white after labor day. Please! There are no restriction on fashion as long as it is put together and flatters you and your body.
