It's ovulation that determines whether or not one can get pregnant, but as a general rule, ovulation only occurs two weeks before a period. So, it would be POSSIBLE to get preganant, just unlikely.
In addition, if one has recently started menstruating, they might not be able to get preganant - the first couple cycles often occur without ovulation (I forget the word). Still, never assume.

Yes you can. You have no idea if you haven't started your period yet whether you've actually ovulated or not, you will ovulate when you start your periods and if you've ovulated then you can become pregnant. So although it's unlikely it is possible.
Anyway, periods or not, I'm sure you're not stupid enough to have sex without a condom.

If you are ovulating, whether or not you have your period you can become pregnant. You should always use precautions against becoming pregnant or catching a sexually transmitted disease (STD) like HIV, herpes, gonorrhea etc.

Its not always about having a period its about ovulating! So if she is ovulating then yes!

It is possible, but what is more possible is you could get a sexually transmitted disease if you don't use protection. I suggest you educate yourself. See the link below.
