apple is always better than microsoft, especially with computers and mp3 players. they always have the 1st invention of sometime like (video on mp3 player, built in web-cam in computer, etc)

i think Microsoft is much more reliable and helpful, however, apple appeals to the consumer better. Microsoft could certainly come up with something better, but not something that would make more money or get as much attention.

I don't know...ask them what else they can rip off and steal from other companies. That would be a good start.
