Abstinence but if you want to have sex always have your first method and a secondary! so like the shot and a condom also protects against stds!

It depends on what you're looking for.
If you're in a monogamous relationship and both partners have tested negative for all STDs then the birth control pill, Nuvaring or Depo-Provera shots could be good solutions.
If you're not in a monogamous relationship, or either you or your partner hasn't been cleared of all STDs, then you should add condoms to one of the methods above.
I recommend getting photocopies of your own STD tests and asking your partner to show evidence that he/she is also clean.

you can take the pill if you like...just an option... now just like evyone else says make sure you and your partner are clean and you are been faithful w each other........ take care and have fun
