It appears that you are not a US citizen. That being the case, you cannot enter the EUcountries (both Schengen and non-Schengen) without a visa. now you have to check out the remaining European countries, like Turkey, Albania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Russia, or Bielorussia and see what the visa requirements for them are. Peter had a great idea, but it's not right, and he always thinks that everyone else is an American citizen

Sorry Peter but you are incorrect. Once you enter ANY country of the Schengen area (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Greece, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain and Sweden) you have 90 days to leave.
One good option is for example if you are in Austria, then you can take a weeekend trip to Switzerland and then go back to Austria again and stay in the Schengen area countries for 90 days again.
Hope its useful, Jp

Ignore my previous and please accept my apologises for confusing the issue. I guess I am just an old dinosaur still living in the days when it was called the Common Market. In fact, I'll delete it out.
