depends on the mistake but probably not. i only play with nuclear weapons in enemy territory

nope, i would say something like "dude, is that a blinking light? coz when its blinking it means someone made a mistake... AND IT WASNT ME! I ONLY SAID WE COULD PLAY, NOT ARM THE THING!" or maybe just say whoops, and walk away whistling...
