Then why is she wanting Murtha who was caught on tape accepting a bribe for future monies and Jefferson who was caught with 90thousand dollars of bribe money in his freezer during the Katrina evacuation?Sounds like she wants to bring corruption in full force.

Democrats and integrity? I would call that an oxymoron

You might at least stick to truth here-especially since you have kids.

Murtha did not accept a bribe at all. There is a tape, part of a sting operation and he did not accept the bribe!

Jefferson. So, the media says the FBI has all they need to put him away. Can you tell me why, nearly two years later, why hasn't he been charged???? If they have this eveidence, charge him! I don't know what Nancy Pelosi has to do with this. She didn't elect him and she can't fire him! She took him off the Ways and Means committee.....

C'mon. Start with the truth. Nancy is Speaker of the House, not in the Senate.

Very good question....

Here is how Speaker Pelosi might answer:

Dear jnwmom:

Thank your for your letter asking me about my commitment to integrity in the House of Representatives.

While integrity is open to each individual's interpretation, I believe that since the Republicans have done such a shameful job over the past seven years, the bar has been lowered to permit a few misdeeds on the part of some of my Democrat colleagues.

Clearly, if you are a sane individual who cares about this country, you can surely overlook a few judgmental errors in order to serve the greater good. And that greater good requires the votes of the individuals you have cited.

Although we Democrats are much closer to perfection than the shallow, stupid, nasty, and clearly corrupt Republicans, we frankly make a rare, albeit honest mistake every century or so.

Since you have asked this mean-spirited question, I can only surmise that you are one of the fallen Republicans. To that I say, you are forgiven. Now, if you wish to join our re-baptism of honor and change your path to perdition, you will receive true enlightenment and understanding about the true meaning of corruption. In reality, it is a stupid term that holds us back from achieving our great agenda for the betterment of the masses.

Republicans and Democrats are really just two different crime families that sometimes have to give up one of their own to appease the other. Most of the time they will work together as long as they can both keep the corruption money flowing.

That's why Nancy Pelosi made a deal with the other shady Republicans not to start impeachment hearings for Bush and to work with Bush to keep the Iraq war going in.

Trust me, Republicans and Democrats don't to want that Iraq gravy train to end. That's just free money! Would you give up free money if you were in the house or the senate.

The Democrats will be just as do-nothing as the Republicans were. BTW, the minumum wage thing was just a red herring.

I only believe one thing that I have heard all my life when it comes to the government and that is

You can never trust an Politician.

That goes for the past, present, and of course the future ones to come......

You got it. Actions do indeed speak louder than words.
This woman is a Hillary wannabe, in the worst possible sense of the term.
Her conduct disgusts me.

Oh, I don't think so. One can be accused of a crime but it must be proved. If she has the proof then you are right, she should rid herself of these people. But the burden of proof lies with the accuser, not the accused. I believe in giving her a chance before condemning her.

Hypocrisy, thy name is Democrat...

That's what it is to be a liberal. You never have to apologize for your own actions but you have every right to stick your nose into everyone else's business and tell them what to do. But hey, We the People voted them into office (but don't blame me, I voted Republican)

Perhaps liberals have a different view on integrity than most folks. That's what it appears to me as anyway.
