I recently discovered Charlotte-Rousse. Don't shop online, go to the actual store, everytime I go they have sections priced at $2.99, $6.99 and $9.99. I bought a month's worth of business/casual clothes for about $200.
Forever21 also has inexpensive clothing, you will have to raid the racks in store as well.
Try Marshall's. I've found a few finds there, my younger sister on the other hand is always finding great steals there.
Old Navy too! I always raid the clearance racks FIRST and work my way up.
Try to keep your eye out for coupons too in your local paper, online, and register with your favorite stores and they'll send specials and discount promo codes right to your inbox.
Also try Ebay. It may be time consuming to buy a piece here and a piece there but in the end you may come out spending less than actually going out and purchasing it from the store!
Hope this helps!

Even though most peps shop at Abercrombie and Aeropostal and Holister, those are WAY too expensive. I shop at Old Navy and Fashion Bug, and I get alot of comments on my clothes. And besides, Wal-Mart has cute clothes sometimes ~ get a couple jeans there, and NO ONE will know thats where its from-unless you tell them, of course! The thing is, whatever you think looks best, is. And that's what I call 'cute'.

Whatever you do don't go to the mall for clothes unless you KNOW you have enoughd money. I would reccomend a Talbots outlet store or Plato's Closet. They have cute brand name clothes for less money then at the mall.
