before finished.it takes 1 hr every time i e-mail them.what would you do?i am angry about this.no one to help me.

I just bought the same printer and I can not get it to print. The scanner will work & the copier will work but it will not print to the printer from the PC. I am going to try a new USB cord and see if that works. Good luck I will be checking back to see if you find a solution!!
I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times still will not work!

try reinstalling the drivers or even change the cable and see if it works or see that the system has no virus even if you virus in the system you get printing problems.

need more info. does it give u anyerrors? maybe the ink is dry in the cartridge.
