I know atomiclearning.com has some good Dreamweaver tutorials. But you have to sign up for it and stuff, i think. My mom can get in because they use it at her school.

i also have the Macromedia Studio 8 book (http://product.half.ebay.com/Macromedia-Studio-8_W0QQprZ48687569QQtgZinfo) and i find it pretty helpful. the easiest way to learn Dreamweaver is to just experiment!
