it seems there are so many things recommended for good health, fish oil, B vitamins, natural products. Uugghhh! can't they make just one pill with ALL of these benefits???

Double X. totally organic and has vitamins and minerals, biggest selling multivitamin/multimineral in the world. but you do need a separate one for fish oil. recommend Ocean Essentials. you can get them online at www.fulltimeparents.wwdb.biz

There are some called the Multi Vitamin Tablets. Brand Names will be different.
