No. You can't.

Forget Vista. Stay with XP at least another year. Vista has a LOT of problems. So many in fact, that less than one month after its launch, they are almost ready to release the first Service Pack for it.

No, the keys are different. If this is a legal copy of Vista, contact Microsoft. They should be able to help you.

That was pretty much the case for windows XP, as well.

and no, you can't activate using oem version if you don't have oem version installed. they use different keys.
