As far as shoes go, what's the difference between these two sizes?

The difference between an 8B and 8M. I ordered 8B thinking it was my size, they sent me 8M and they're baby shoes.

never heard of such a sizing but you should call the customer service # for the retailer you bought them from - something got definitely screwed up and THEY should pay for the shipping if they 'botched' your order..
