What's more important to general laptop use. Having dedicated graphics card (ive heard if its not dedicated, it feeds off the cpu and slows ur computer down), or a 2ghz processor as opposed to a 1.87ghz processor. (I have to pick between the graphics card and the processor). I will be doing little to no gaming, and i just want whats going to make it fastest for all purpose computer use. Which one is going to have a greater effect on my computers speed?

I would go with the dedicated graphics card. At least the card wouldn't have to share memory. And .13 isn't really a difference if you're going to be gaming.

I would get a good processor and a dedicated graphics card instead of integrated chip set.

The graphics card is crucial for any type of video, including online video, flash and if you're going to do a dual monitor set up with your laptop.

VIDEO AND MEMORY MAKE THE BIGGEST DIFFERENCE IN LAPTOPS!!!! The dedicated video card will help alot and 1gb of system memory. you wont even notice a difference between those two CPU's they have a difference of 130mhz, that is a very small difference. go with the 1.87 CPU and upgrade the RAM TO 1GB minimum and you will be happy for a long time with your new toy.
