I don't have any specific examples I can point you to, but when I write my own resumes, I list the school I am currently attending under the "Education" section first with the following layout: "Name of School, Location. Type of degree pending Month Year."
Example: "University of Missouri, Columbia, Missouri. MA History pending May 2007." OR, you may just want to put "MA History pending May 2007" and list your major/minor separately, maybe along with your GPA and relevant coursework, underneath the school information.

Hope this helps.
