Does this have some significance? 'YES' is the only word on an 8 1/2" by 11" piece of green paper in my neighbor's window and I was wondering why??? Does this mean anything???

It means he is gay, a green light on the porch means the same thing.

Most likely, there's some local ballot measure/referendum that your neighbor is for. Personally, I think it's foolish when people don't say "YES ON PROP 12" or whatever. But, I've seen signs like this which are just supposed to enforce that they are FOR the hot issue.

Or, the person might just simply be a positive person.

Signal for the UPS or FedEx man that there is a pick up today, so he doesn't have to stop and gety out of his truck and go to the door to find out? We do this at work--easier for them and they don't interrupt us needlessly.....the other side of the sign is red and says "NO"

It's probably for some proposition your city is trying to pass. You should go knock on your neighbor's door and ask, then come back and let us all know.

He does not like to say NO..... or he is active in his local politics and is showing his support of a specific measure, by stating "yes".....

probably for the UPS guy,, unless its there constantly...in that case.. go ask your neighbor and let us know too...lol..
