and we get what we think/feel/believe then how come someone hasn't come and taken care of my teeth/gums that hurt and look bad, as I can't afford a dentist and I really think/feel/believe that someone should take care of my ailing teeth and gums, but it isn't happening. So, where is the LOA in that???!!!

Usually the way the law of attraction is supposed to work is that the universe resonates with your perceptions and ideas. What you think and percieve would be what you get.

In this case, you are percieving your teeth to be unattractive and painful. These are both negative things, and presumably by dwelling on them you are causing that kind of a resonance, thus increasing your negativity instead of decreasing it.

If you want to try and make the law of attraction work, you need instead to only see positive things about your teeth. To love and enjoy them. And then when you see the beauty in them, they will supposedly BECOME beautiful. Perhaps by some dentist coming along. Or perhaps you simply won't care any more.

I should mention that all physics and most historical claims made in "The Secret" are complete bunk. There is no scientific evidence whatsoever to back up the idea that your thoughts reshape the universe. Nor have any of the ideas within been substantially suppressed at any time in history. I personally believe that thoughts DO reshape the universe, but I take umbrage at those who would try to twist and re-interpret science and history to claim that such things were happening.

So try to be positive instead of dwelling on the negative. Even if your teeth don't get better, you'll probably FEEL better about them, which is far better in my mind than feeling horrible AND helpless!

Hard to tell you all the details since I don`t know them, but your question alone contains as many negative thoughts as positive ones, so odds are they balance each other out and so nothing happens. There is also a time factor involved, I mean our lives would be a terrible mess if got instantaneous gratification. You are right though that LOA is nothing new. Do you want a biblical quote? How about ^ Resist ye not evil^ . If a child can grow an arm and hand lost to a farming accident, you can grow back your teeth and be completely healthy if your intent, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, are pure.

There are many better than me when it comes to expressing myself on this subject, I only know what I have verified for
myself. You could check out The Science of Deliberate Creation or abraham-hicksdotcom online for almost twenty years of published material on the LOA, and the Law of Allowing.

I haven't studied LOA, but there is a problem with your assumption.

You say you "really think/feel/believe that someone should take care of your ailing teeth... etc."

The problem is in your feeling of "should". I would think that according to LOA, you have to replace it with "will": you think/feel/believe someone will take care of your teeth. Which you don't believe, otherwise you wouldn't have questioned why it isn't working - you would still be 100% believing that it would work in the future. Do you really truly believe that someone will take care of your teeth without you taking action? Probably not. I don't either.

Also, I am assuming that LOA is more long-term. You have think/feel/believe a LOT, over a LONG period of time, for the results to appear.

But I do still hope that you, someone else, or the universe, takes care of your teeth + gums!!!!! I hope there's a way soon : (

From what I have learned with the LOA is ask believe and recieve works if you truly believe. We can't just ask and think bad and wonder why its not happening. Just the thought of why and how and when are negative! Believing entails acting as if it is already yours - If you acted like your teeth were beautiful wouldn't you take care of them. try finding a free clinic or someone who would work with you to make payments to get the fixed? Sometimes dental schools will do work for much lower rates... the possibilities are endless!

I believe it could work for anything but you have to understand the law better and practice it... look into it for nothing is impossible if you believe Good luck

Aristotle thought that women have 34 teeth and men have 32 teeth. He had 3 wives, he should have checked his theory with the actucal facts.

Lesson from the above story: Put theory to practise and get the results. So plz put LOA to use and then c the results
