I'm looking to sell my condo to get a bigger place. Wondering whose had good experiences with what companies. I tried First Weber and didn't like my realtor very much. He didn't really help us at all. Any suggestions? Also, I'm looking for any suggestions to help my place sell better.

5 hours and no answers yet? I'm curious as to whether or not you've tried something as silly as the local yellow pages, or even sillier WWW/Browser?keyword search, narrowly defined by the specific area?
Tips for selling: Hmmm. Without any detail at all about location, age, condition, desired price, local market values and sales figures, I'd say clean it up, repaint, address hardware and light fixtures and possibly replace, upgrade older major appliances, and in the end, perhaps be as reasonable as possible in expectations.
