It took us 19 months to conceive baby #3, so keep in mind that you might not get pregnant right away. My husband and I are both in our early 30's and used ovulation tests, and even used fertility drugs for 2 months with no success. We had tests done to make sure there were no cysts or anything like that, all of the "equipment" was fine for both of us.
We even bought Pre-Seed and used it for 6 months with no luck. After some research, we found out that Olive Oil is close to the pH of sperm, and a woman's orgasm can help the sperm move through the cervix better. Using OPK we realized that I ovulate late, so I'd say get some OPKs from www.early-pregnancy-tests.com and read their tips (such as don't use first urine of the morning), they have great prices and I got pregnant using the tests from them.
We always had sex every other day around the time I ovulated, but in January decided maybe we should try EVERY day, we used OPKs each afternoon and Olive Oil for lube and he made sure I had an orgasm, too. We are now 8.5 weeks pregnant with baby #3!
Good luck, and best wishes for a happy and healthy pregnancy!!

Excercise regularly, See your OBGYN regularly, drink green tea, take a prenatal vitamin, Don't be over weight or under weight, watch what your eat and drink, don't drink too much soda and anything else with tons of sugar, watch your sweets, have sex in missionary position, make your husband eat sunflower and pumpkin seeds, and both of you eat peanuts, eat ice cream too, stay away from 2 % or less milk. Its better if its whole milk, Start doing a BBT chart, take nots about your period on your calendar, estimate when you ovulate, do some research, and dont drink alcohol and dont do drugs. Good luck. Any complications, or if you have an irregular period, see a doctor.

My husband and I just decided to start trying also. My doctor told me to buy an ovulation predictor. It was $19.99 at Rite Aide and it has great directions. Then she said have sex two days before peak ovulation, the day of, and two days after. Then put a pillow under your hips for about twenty minutes. It worked for her in the first month, so hopefully it will work for us!!!
GOOD LUCK

Make sure you're taking prenatal vitamins and that you're healhty.
Have lots of sex and don't try too hard. It will happen!
I got pregnant when I quit "trying".

I would suggest that u go to babycenter.com. They have an ovulation calculator on there, they also have diet suggestions, and a lot of other useful things on there that may help you out.

This sounds kinda wierd, i know. But after you know...ahem...getting intimate...Put a pillow under your butt...
It puts your body into a postion, and i think it makes the semen go farther into your body, where the eggs are.
