There isn't much seafood that could taste bad unless you prepare it wrong. Last night I've began smoking salmon which should be ready about sun-up, but I have some oysters and crab meat of which I will make an oyster stew with the addition the salmon. Ummmmmmmmmmm GOOD ! Have some people from Atlanta coming for the week-end.....

Unfortunately, I' am allergic to seafood. But my friends eat it all the time and it seems yummy and delicious.
