Size US 6 = UK 10

They're always 2 sizes larger..

So a US 0 = UK 2
US 2 = UK 4

There is no exact equivalent, because there is no universal standard across USA. In America one manufacturer's size 6 could be another's size 4 or size 8.

Sorry, but that is the way it is.

If you have a specific British manufacturer in mind, you should ask them directly what their sizing represents. (Give them your measurements and they can be very precise with you)

US Size 0 = UK size 4 or 6
US Size 2 = UK size 6 or 8

English sizes are about one or two sizes smaller than American sizing. It would be a 00, or the next smaller size.
