Probably one of, if not the, standards of college preparation and selection is http://ww.collegeboard.com. They're the main site for registering for taking the SAT, but they also have TONS of useful information.

Here's some more sites you might want to look through as well:

http://www.princetonreview.com
http://www.ed.gov/pubs/Prepare/index.html
http://www.washington.edu/doit/Brochures/Academics/cprep.html
http://www.petersons.com/
http://www.makingitcount.com/

Finally, Congratulations on making it to college, and good luck to you :)

yeah he is right, collegeboard.com will help you find colleges and even has personality quizes, u can also search for certain psychodynamic preferenses in a college... but don't worry so much about preparing yourself for college it isnt that big of a deal, all you have to know is that sometime u might get a cool prof. and sometimes u will getting boring ones...

1. Ask people about which prof.s are cool. then before u register for the class search for that prf and take his or her class
2. Which ever school you will go to, go on their website and look up the map and study it like that you dont get lost on ur first week of classes
3. Talk to people. make friends asap, remeber that most of them dont know anyone yet.
4. there is more things to know u may email me if u want
