I was just riding my bike at the park. And I wasn't wearing a helmet because I'm stupid. I fell and hit my head on the concrete. It's tender in one spot and I keep feeling little twinges of pain there. This happened about half an hour ago. I don't feel nauseas or dizzy or confused or anything like that. It's just pain. So I though I might have like a hairline fracture or something. But I'm not sure if that's something worth going to the hospital for.

take an advil, is only half an hour, don't go to sleep for the next hours. And if you fall sleep stay with someone to check the time that you are sleeping.
It's probably only pain, If the pain stays for hours, and even tomorrow, you should make an appt with your familiar doctor.
Are you bleeding? if so, then you better run to ER.
Until you see your doctor, control your hours of sleeping, dizziness or nauseas, tell everything you been feeling to your doctor the next days.
Remenber stress can cause or make you think that you having headache, so relax.
I'm sure you don't have anything than a hughe pain. I'm sorry about this.
Tell your mom, too.
Let me know how you feeling later...
I think there are doctors lines tha tyou can talk over the phone.
I used to freak out with chest pain and heart bitting more than 120 I thougth i was die, with heart attack, those lines helped me, two times.

I don't know if it is serious or not but something similar happened to me and I just put an icepack on it. My injury was bleeding and it wasn't very serious. I think you should wait a day and if it gets worse or the pain is still the same then definitely talk to a doctor or someone familiar with these things.

They cant really put a cast on your skull, they'll just put padding on it and give you pain killers. The spot will harden back up in a day or two, but then it'll be really sore. Just rest up and try not to hit it on anything thing again!

Go to the doctor. Plenty of cases like your where the person goes to sleep and never wakes up. Not trying to scare you but YES go to the doctor.

To you it may not be worth going to the hospital, but at least get checked out at a redi med or the doc.

take a couple of tylenol or advil. If that does not help your
pain than you might want to see a doctor. But since your not
dizzy or anything you should be fine.
