how do i clear my computer????

i am very new to the computer and i don't know how to do much of anything, please help.....

rebboot the computers clears everything to manufacture settings meaning itll ne liek getting a new comp

Unplug it and throw it out the window.
Seriously
you should have received a restore disk when you bought it, run that.
It will basically wipe your computer clean.
