First off, I think Jay-Z is an arrogant ***...
He calls himself Jay-hova, as a reference to Jehovah, with Jehovah meaning "God" or "Lord". Therefore, he is making reference to himself as being like "the God MC" or that he's the # 1 MC out there, so high up that that he's God.
He is so stuck on himself, because he wants to be Nas so badly! Hope this helps.
