I want to try out yaoi role playing. Because, well, I love yaoi! It rocks! So I'm wondering if there's anyone out there who has a seme who would like to meet my uke, Koru. He's 15 years old with blonde hair and emerald green eyes. He has peachy skin too and all that jazz. Koru is naive but not stupid and he's kind of unwilling, so your seme might have to work a bit.

I think she is talking about Cosplay. Cosplay is where you dress up in a costume based on an anime or manga character. Look up “cosplay” or “A-kon” for more info.
Yaoi is male/male love. Not all of it is porn but a lot has adult content. It is usually marketed toward females. No DnD involved.
Or she could want sexual Role play, where you dress up and she dresses up and :cough: well you know.
