I don't know what you mean by a "few miles"... If you don't want to stay in Louisiana (At least when I was a student at LSU, there were a lot of us that went to New Orleans), you could go to one of the following: Gulf Shores (MS), Pensacola (FL), and Houston or Galveston (TX). You should go Spring Break in Miami (downtown for Ultra Music Festival or south beach) or Ft. Lauderdale - it's going to be sooooooooooooo awesome this year.

The Franciscan is on the wharf approximately in the middle overlooking the bay with a very good view even at night time. it incredibly is no longer great high priced yet no longer much less costly the two--style of in the middle. The calamari appetizer is dazzling. Our different fashionable is the Buena Vista on the top of the Hyde St. trolley line on the some distance end of the wharf additionally a great view of the bay and you could watch the trolleys turn around. they're popular for their Irish coffee yet their menu is incredibly homestead cooking, great soups, stews and sandwiches, and life like whilst in comparison with different San francisco eateries. shoppers are each and every age and friendly as is the staff. additionally, there are various stalls alongside the wharf serving seafood, pizza, etc. you will like it!!!
