Did anyone notice that her mother virgie has not shed one tear for her daughter, even at the funeral and after all the pics. of her not one tear was shed, the only time i have seen one tear is when she asked for temp. custody of her grandaughter, the lady had nothing to do with her until media got in touch with her when daniel died. the woman needs to go back to texas and leave everyone alone, Anna herself hated her mom. Her mom should not have have any say in anything she was enstanged from her daughter, i guess thinking you will get alot of money makes people like her come out of the woodwork. she was booed as she got out of the limo at Annas funeral. Shes made enough money on all her interviews it is time for her to leave

Yeah, I know. I can't remember where I heard this, but Anna Nicole wanted nothing to do with her mother. Her mother only comes crawling out of the woodwork after all this, and yeah, you're right, hardly sheds a tear, except for the crocodile tears for the camera. Don't get me wrong, I HOPE a mother's love is universal - I don't know what Verggie did to make Anna want nothing to do with her, but Anna made it clear when she bought those 4 grave plots in the Bahamas what her intentions were. If Anna died without a legal will or the will is being contested - because Verggie is Anna's next Blood, next of kin who is legally an adult and the law states she has some rights or at least some say. It may not necessarily be upheld - but the courts will at least hear her side of her side.

Mothers make mistakes, and so do daughters. There is no solid evidence that her mother does not love her. Apparently, there wasn't enough time for forgiveness and reconciliation between them. Don't forget all the known facts about her "companion" Howard K. Stern. She was clearly controlled and manipulated by this guy for years and drugged up. Did any one of you see her show? When she made the video after Daniel's death where she said she hated her mother, she was clearly in a state of despair, rage, and confusion over her son's death.

As far as her mom not crying...did you ever think that she might not be comfortable crying in front of the cameras because she knows people will criticise her no matter what she does. All cried out maybe?? Of course she wants her daughter to be buried near her! She raised Daniel when he was young, so how could she not love him? Didn't her other children turn out ok?

Look, my mom and I are an example of how a tragedy can help repair a damaged relationship of many years. Both have to be willing, and Anna's mom never had a chance after Daniel's death to reconcile.

I agree with you she only wants the money. She didn;t care anything for Anna or Daniel up until now when money comes in the picture. Her fake tears are so sickening. I think she should go back to Texas and fade away. I certainly hope some judge doesn't give her custody of Dannielynn.

It is all a very sad situation. Anna Nicole's mother seems very controlling. No one knows what really happened between the two of them but them. But anyone with common sense and not even knowing her knew without a doubt she would want to be buried with her son, Daniel. Instead of Anna's mother fighting for anything she needs to give her attention and everything to Anna's daughter. Anna's daughter, Dannielynn, is the biggest loser here and if everyone gets greedy, as they have done, she will lose even more. All of my prayers are for that little girl. It's just media attention and money. She wants people to feel sorry for her and she wants a piece of her granddaughters inheritance. She isn't going to get a dime from Anna Nicole's estate and I doubt anyone feels sorry for her. That's what happens when you are a bad parent....your children leave you and never talk to you again. Anna Nicole obviously didn't want Vergie to have any contact with newborn daughter so I don't know why she feels like she has a right to custody.

She was not allowed to be in contact with her daughter duh! She found out about her grandson's death from the television and she wasn't allowed to see him. She had no idea about Anna's baby because Anna didn't want her to and Virgie had to watch this all on tv. I feel bad for her, she does seem f'ed up but maybe not as bad as everyone thinks. Try to remember how would you feel if ur grandson, who u raised, died and then ur daughter had a baby u couldn't see and then that daughter dies???? I would be in shock and prolly wouldn't cry for months.

i think anna mom is selfish and heartless she never had nothing nice to say about anna when she was alive i think anna would be rolling in her grave because her mother was at her furneal. i think howard disrespect anna by have her mom their.anna mom is involed now because of all the money .i dont think anna mom should have custdy of the baby either.
