I have been friends with Persian man for 2 years now. We have recently started dating and become more serious. He has told me about his past and dating life. The excuse he uses for being so "promiscous" is that well that is just how Persian men are. That most Persian men he knows are "promiscous" or "players" until they meet the woman that they are ready to marry and settle down with. This all sounds absurd to me. But if I were to have had been with as many people as him (or even a 1/4 of the amount of people he has been with ) he would be disgusted with me. Only honest helpful answers please. My concern is that if we marry he will still be a "player". I personally do not feel culture has anything to do with it and that he is just that way period.
