OK, Well my period was suposed to be over with sometime last week and it seems to linger. Would it be bad to douche say with tap water, just to kinda clean things out. I feel dirty "down there" even after taking a shower. I have searched it online and all i get is dont do it... i need yalls opinions! thanks ahead of time

honey this does not stop your period no matter how many times you douche the blood is still going to come out of a your uterus down into the vagina.You could douche toward the end if it makes you eel better but it will really be counterproductive for the blood flow will still be there so it is better to wait till the end.

You can do that and it will stop for a day maybe but it will just start again. Your body still needs to finish its cycle. Your cycle can change from time to time and that is nothing to worry about at all. Let it do it;s thing.

just take a wet cloth and whipe. dont douche.
