i agree with the many here crimes against children and do wish their were stricter law. Molesting children should get the same as murder!!! i am sick of the stupid law cause some of those Judges are guilty you know it!!
We see it more all the time people in the public office being caught that's when you know why they are too lenient on pedophilia. Cause they are protecting themselves case they get caught!! The catholic church protects there own don't think that the government does not do the same!
Sorry this pisses me off too ever watch Dateline may all pedophiles be caught by Dateline.i know some of them come on Yahoo answers cause they don't care what they say if a child might read it! Children have the least rights of all!!!

Pedophelia or any crime against children. Only the lowest of the low target kids. I am all for lifelong prison sentences for these people. And I don't buy the "I had a rough life" excuse. You are conciously aware of your actions no matter what your background or level of intoxication is.
Also, I don't think we should give those felons protective custody in jail. They can get a first hand account of what they did to the child's life in general population, maybe let the magnitude of their crime sink in a little better.

Child sexual abuse. Should be a death penalty crime. Not only do you screw up that child, but in 40% of the cases, they go on to molest other children. Carry that out a couple of generations and the act of one man (usually) has created a whole bunch of messed up lives.
We should just kill the molesters. Slowly, painfully, and publicly.

Any abuse done to a child and then people knowing about it and letting the child stay in the situation.
