We bought Pre-Seed and used it for 6 months with no luck. After some research, we found out that Olive Oil is close to the pH of sperm, and a woman's orgasm can help the sperm move through the cervix better.
We always had sex every other day around the time I ovulated, but in January decided maybe we should try EVERY day, we used OPKs each afternoon and Olive Oil for lube and he made sure I had an orgasm, too. We are now 8.5 weeks pregnant with baby #3!

Good luck, and best wishes for a happy and healthy pregnancy!!

well i have heard that after intercourse you should lay down for at least 30 min before getting up and you can also put a pillow under your buttom in order to help the sperm to swim faster to the egg. Good luck.

Yes, don't focus too much on whether the treatment will work. Concentrate more on the task at hand and enjoy your time with your partner. Best of luck to you two.
