MBA projects tend to deal with real life company situations. Therefore, you need to assess what you are interested because that will relate on how well and how willing you are to work on this project.
A friend of mine took her MBA because she wanted to start a cooperative community-farming group. She then used her project plan to help work out her original goals.
Many people tend to do start-up technological situations. However, technology is not the major growth field it once was.
Be original and be interested, those are the most important things to keep in mind.
