Pain management programs may be helpful.

Also, take a look at "Explain Pain", a book by David Butler. Butler is a physical therapist from Austrailia, and he lays out in simple language how your brain responds to chronic pain. It may be helpful for you in having a more normal life.

Anyone who tries to sell you on an easy way forward with this, well, they really are trying to sell you something. Good luck.

Not much else to try.....I've had spinal injections of Prednizone to ease the sharpness of my pain, but pain is still there. I've learned to live with my injuries and what I can and can't do.

It sucks, but there really is no way to ease the pain. I've tried drinking, but that just causes other problems. Yours sounds worse than mine, but I understand where your coming from.

When it gets really bad, I float in the pool to releave pressure on my spine. Streching has help a little with the cramping and tightness I have also.
