Yes they have, and they can go over fences as well. If chased by a police dog, the one being chased is fecked. Also, they do like to use their teeth.

No, you give a full weighted punch to the nose, which will seriously hurt it. Just make sure the human officer doesn't catch you, because its felony battery to hit a police dog.
