Honey, that's just all men in general!! If his feelings get hurt when you tell him youre not in the mood, then I say you got yourself a big baby. I am a believer that if you're man isnt sexually happy, in time, he WILL find someone else. Once a day shouldnt be too much to ask (although i know that **** gets OLD) as long as you are getting what you desire in return. (maybe youre desires arent sexual!) Hell, get in the positon that turns him on the most, work it hard, and make it quick......gotta keep him satisfied.....BUT if he thinks he needs it more than that.......give him a magazine, a towel, and remind him about his right hand friend!!!

Mis matched sex drives are an age old problem among couples. There is no easy way to handle it. Say no enough times and you risk him going elsewhere for it. Say yes too many times and you risk building resentment in yourself toward him. He has a powerful drive and unless he was willing to medicate himself , he won't, there just isn't much you can do.
On innovative answer might be to explain to him what you have said here. Then before he can get defensive give him a home made coupon booklet that has say 10 coupons or so for the month that he can cash in at times when you both may not be in the mood. It may sound childish but when he uses that coupon he has to know that something else was going on with you and it will cause him to think about it.

Look people, the each have different sex drives.
Saying "...If he loves you and truely respects you..." is just as stupid as saying "if you loved and truly respected him" you would have sex when he wanted you to.
What's with this double standard & bias against men in our culture?
The right answer is, compromise:
You have sex more often than you want to, and he has sex less often than he wants to.
Neither of you gets 100% of what they want. This is what relationships are based on.
It's not that bad, I think you will find that even when you don't feel like it, if you get a little foreplay going, you will respond and enjoy it.
If you REALLY don't feel like it, then tell him no, but I think you should be willing to give up exactly as much as you're asking him to.
Either that, or find new mates, because if you make him lower to your level of interest, he's going to get it somewhere else eventually.

Not everyone has the same sex drive...its normal. just talk it out wiht him. There may be times when you have to set aside what you wanted to do and spend some quality time with him, but he should also be okay with you not wanting to everytime he does. Just politely say not right now...its always helpful if you give an alternate time though...like how about in the moring or something, that way he wont think that you just dont want to sleep with him, is just that you dont want to right now

Your sex drives are different and you have to be straight with him about it or it will not get resolved and will most likely wind up causing resentment between you. Don't say anything to deliberately hurt his feelings and don't worry if he acts like it does. He'll get over it. Tell him that you like to have a couple days break in between so it doesn't get old and become a chore. Maybe you can compromise by telling him that you want to be the one to choose when you do it every other time.

I think more than twice a day is too much.
Once a day is wonderful. Any less and it isn't enough in my view and I am close to 30. If you're too tired at bedtime, try a different time of day.
Be glad that he wants you so much because trust me it would suck if you were in a relationship with someone you had to beg sex from.

There are people that are addicted to sex...but as long as with you it's not the worst thing. After all...men always have sex on their minds. Why don't you tell him what you just said here...just explain to him that you love him, that you want and enjoy the sex with him, but that sometimes you just aren't in the mood. I think how you explained to us is a very nice and sincere way.

I don't think it is possible to have to much sex but I imagine it is like anything else, you get tired of it after awhile. There is certainly nothing wrong with wanting to take a break every once in awhile. You just need to sit down with him and explain how you feel, if he loves you he will understand and respect your wishes.

men don't understand, I am tired; or not tonight etc; if you have chicken every night, you get bored and want steak; if you say yes when you want to say no , you get resentful and then are living a lie; sometimes , a man has to act grown up and understand a night off is okay; okay to cuddle etc , sometimes that leads to sex as long as no expectations , no anger if it doesn't happen; if you were dating and this happened , it wouldn't be an issue ; he would have to accept no and wait for the right moment for both of you, no different now

some guys have a really high sex drive, some women do too, but mostly men. sex all the time is not harmful or wrong, it just depends on the person. i would have a hard time being with a man who wanted to have sex all the time.
